– Ph.D. in computer science/geomatics (Brest University).
Jean-Marie LE YAOUANC is European patent attorney in the “IT, Electronics and Digital Technologies” department at Beau de Loménie (Paris and Rennes Offices).
Jean-Marie started his career in the research in 2006 (Institut de Recherche de l’École Navale and CEA) before moving to IP sector in PI 2012 as a patent Attorney in industry (Oberthur Technologies/Idemia and Canon Research Centre France). He joined Beau de Loménie in 2021.
Jean-Marie supports French and foreign companies seeking to obtain patents, mainly assisting with the relevant procedures before the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle-INPI [French National Industrial Property Institute, ie Patent & Trademark Office], and the European Patent Office–EPO.
