Christine FRAUD is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney at Beau de Loménie, Lyon Office.
Christine started her IP career in 1990 in the pharmaceutical industry. She joined Beau de Loménie in 1999.
Christine specialises in the practice areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. Her expertise includes obtaining of IP rights, as also the use, exploitation, and protection thereof. She is, moreover, involved in the follow-up and support activities for pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, as well as in portfolio audits. She provides support to French and foreign companies of all sizes, from all industrial sectors, in their efforts aimed at protecting, securing and optimising their IP assets. Christine is recognized in the WWL 2024 ranking.
Christine has long been involved in teaching trademark law. She was a sessional lecturer at the École des Mines in Saint-Étienne from 2009 to 2015.
Furthermore, Christine is an active member of the APRAM (French Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners) and Groupe Rhône-Alpes pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle-GRAPI [Rhône-Alpes Group for the Protection of Intellectual Property].
