Julien BELENUS is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney.

After an initial stint during 2001 as an IP professional in Japan, with the firm Ota & Associates, Julien returned home working in the IP in France first with an intellectual property firm and then with the Renault automotive group. He joined Beau de Loménie in 2006.

Julien specialises in the practice areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. His expertise covers obtaining of IP rights, as well as the exploitation and protection thereof. His professional involvement extends from follow-up and support activities for pre-litigation and litigation proceedings to portfolio audits. He supports companies of all sizes, from all industrial sectors, in their efforts aimed at protecting, securing and optimising their IP assets.

In addition, Julien is involved in IP professional associations, with active membership in Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles – APRAM [French Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners].
