Florence MULLER is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney based in Paris.

She started her IP career in 1999 working as a lawyer in a law firm. After subsequently obtaining the French qualification of Conseil en Propriété Industrielle-CPI (trademark and design attorney), she then went on to practise for five more years at an intellectual property law firm. She joined the “Trademarks and Designs” department at Beau de Loménie in 2007.

Florence specialises in the practice areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. Her expertise covers the acquisition of IP rights, as well as the exploitation and protection thereof. Her professional involvement extends from follow-up and support activities for pre-litigation and litigation proceedings to portfolio audits. She provides support to French and foreign companies of all sizes, from all industrial sectors, in their efforts aimed at protecting, securing and optimising their IP assets.

Florence is a member of the Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles – APRAM [French Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners].
