2022/04> Beau de Loménie in the « Top 10 patent cases in France – 2021 » by Juve Patent

Beau de Loménie acted in the J.C. Bamford vs Manitou case, one of the Juve Patent « Top 10 patent cases in France – 2021 ».

This case lead to an important decision of the Court of cassation (French supreme court) recognizing that the patentee’s IP attorney can assist the bailiff during the infringement seizure, even if they have previously participated in an expert report on the materiality of the infringement. It also led to an order for an interim injunction.
